Consent to speak with your dog’s vet or other professionals for the benefit of your pet

Usage of photos and videos of your pet for marketing materials

Transportation of your animal

Providing of emergency vet care at our chosen vet if needed

Credit card feed of 5%

The deposit of $50 for vacations and $100 deposits for bootcamp services

24 Hour Notice of cancellation or a $50 fee will apply

The understanding is that all services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.

Dietary changes based on situational/environmental responses or previous or current health conditions.
